What you're buying

Each Spot corresponds to a specific numbered position on an outfit that Yami and Jatin will wear across the Campaign's covered event days. Purchasing a Spot includes:

• Your brand's logo displayed on the outfit at the purchased position
• Campaign photos and videos featuring the outfits, posted publicly from covered event days where the sponsored placement is visible
• Mention on the appreciation/thank-you campaign content from our accounts
• Visibility to attendees, founders, investors, and builders at the events we attend

Fixed-price sponsorships

Each Spot is sold at the fixed price shown on the Campaign website at the time of purchase. Spots are assigned to the sponsor that completes payment and passes campaign approval. Spots are not transferable or resold unless the Creators agree otherwise in writing.

Campaign attendance and refunds

We will purchase tickets for and cover a minimum of three core events — India Blockchain Week, Devcon 8 and Unchained Summit India. ETHGlobal Mumbai and Solana Summit India are additional bonus event opportunities and are subject to approval and access.

If we are unable to attend one of the three core ticketed events, any applicable sponsor refund will be handled proportionally under the Refund Policy. Inability to attend a bonus event does not by itself create a refund.

Venue access is subject to tickets, accreditation, invitations, security and organizer policies. The Campaign is independent and is not an official sponsorship, partnership, endorsement or affiliation with any of the listed events.

Sponsor responsibilities

You are responsible for providing a logo file and brand information that you have the legal right to use and display publicly. See the Content Policy for restrictions on what may be submitted.

If your submission infringes someone else's rights — for example, another company's logo or brand — you are solely responsible for any resulting claim, including a defamation or trademark case brought by that company; the Creators are not liable. We review submissions and may promptly remove any logo reported or discovered to infringe third-party rights.

Campaign end date

Spot sales will end when the available Spots are sold or when the Campaign closes, as announced on the site. Depending on demand, we may extend the sales end date. Any extension will be announced on the site before it takes effect, and purchases made before an extension remain valid on the same terms.

Payment

Payments are processed via the payment methods made available at checkout, including Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking) or USDC cryptocurrency payment where enabled. All prices are listed in USD; card payments may be settled in INR at the prevailing conversion rate at time of payment.

Limitation of liability

While we will make good-faith efforts to deliver all Campaign deliverables as described, we are individual creators, not a company, and cannot guarantee specific engagement, reach, or business outcomes from sponsorship. Our liability for any issue arising from this Campaign is limited to the amount you paid for your Spot.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
