Content & Listing Moderation Policy
To keep this Campaign safe, legal, and appropriate for public Web3 events, the following applies to any logo, brand name, or content submitted for a Spot.
What's not allowed
We reserve the right to refuse, remove, or request changes to any submission that:
- Is illegal in the sponsor’s jurisdiction or where the Campaign is taking place
- Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence
- Contains sexually explicit or adult content
- Promotes scams, known fraudulent projects, or content designed to mislead (including impersonating another real brand or project)
- Infringes on someone else’s trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights
- Is unrelated to the sponsor’s actual brand, such as submitting unrelated or shock content instead of an actual logo
Violations are removed without refund
Content that violates this policy may be removed without refund. If a Spot goes live with prohibited content — or a sponsor swaps in vulgar, illegal, misleading, or infringing content after approval — we may remove it immediately, and the payment may be forfeited because the Spot reserves physical campaign space that cannot be resold. This does not apply to good-faith submissions we are still reviewing with you.
Review process
Every logo/brand submission is reviewed before it is added to production files. If your submission is rejected, we will contact you to request a compliant alternative before production is finalized. If no compliant alternative is provided within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a refund in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy.
Sponsor's responsibility
By submitting a logo or brand name, you confirm that you own or have the legal right to use and publicly display that content, and that it accurately represents a real, legitimate brand or project.
You are solely responsible for any claim arising from your submission — including trademark, copyright, defamation, or impersonation claims brought by another company. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Creators are not liable for such claims, and you agree to indemnify and hold the Creators harmless from resulting damages or legal costs.
We review logos manually before production and take infringement reports seriously. If a rights holder reports that a Spot displays their logo or brand without permission, we will promptly investigate and remove or replace the infringing content where appropriate.
