Refund Policy
Spots are limited and production may begin quickly — but your money is protected under the cases below. Refunds are issued minus non-recoverable payment processing fees where applicable.
Core event attendance
We will purchase tickets for and cover a minimum of three core events: India Blockchain Week, Devcon 8 and Unchained Summit India. If we are unable to attend one of these three core events, the sponsor refund will be handled proportionally to the part of the core Campaign that could not be delivered.
Bonus events
ETHGlobal Mumbai and Solana Summit India are additional bonus event opportunities and are subject to approval and access. Not attending a bonus event by itself does not create a refund.
Campaign cancellation
If the Campaign is called off and the agreed Campaign deliverables cannot reasonably be provided, sponsors will be refunded the applicable amount, minus non-recoverable payment processing fees. Refunds will be made to the original payment method where reasonably possible.
No refunds outside these cases
Because Spots are limited physical inventory and production may begin after purchase, refunds are not available simply for changing your mind after a Spot is confirmed. Spots removed for violating the Content Policy are not eligible for a refund. If you have a genuine issue with your order, contact us and we will work with you directly to resolve it.
Event-day circumstances
If an event itself is cancelled or we are unable to attend for reasons genuinely outside our control (for example, denied entry or a serious emergency), sponsors may be offered either a refund applicable to the undelivered portion of the Campaign or equivalent alternative content, as appropriate.
