What we collect

When you purchase a Spot, we collect:

• Your brand/company name
• Your email address (for payment receipt, Spot confirmation, and refund notifications if applicable)
• Your logo file (uploaded for campaign production)
• Payment information — this is processed directly by the relevant payment provider; we do not store your card details or wallet private keys

We also collect basic, non-identifying site analytics (e.g. visitor counts, pages viewed) to understand how the Campaign page is performing.

How we use it

• To fulfil your order (process your Spot, confirm your placement, and deliver the agreed campaign content)
• To contact you about your Spot (confirmations and refund notices)
• To display your approved brand name/logo publicly on the site and on the outfits, as part of the sponsorship you purchased

What we don't do

We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use your email for marketing beyond communication directly related to your Spot purchase, unless you separately opt in.

Data storage

Order and Spot data is stored securely through the services used to operate the Campaign. Payment processing and any associated data handling are governed by the relevant payment provider’s privacy policy.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or request its deletion (except where we are required to retain payment records for legal or tax purposes), by messaging @CryptoWithYami or @SurvInCrypto on X.
